  • Practice is guided by principles of respect, autonomy, and non-judgement

  • We engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice to ensure high-quality support
  • Where appropriate, we work within recognised professional guidelines such as APECS and BACP ethical principles.

Confidentiality will always be maintained, except in rare circumstances where there is a legal or safeguarding obligation to share information in order to protect you or others.
