You may look as though you’re coping, but inside something doesn’t feel quite right.

Perhaps you’ve spent years achieving, caring for others or meeting expectations, yet you feel anxious, disconnected, exhausted or uncertain about who you have become.

I work with adults from all walks of life, although many of my clients are thoughtful professionals, leaders, creatives and helping professionals seeking deeper, more meaningful change.

Many have achieved success in their careers and appear to be coping well, yet privately struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, disconnection or a sense that something important is missing.

My approach is grounded in relational psychotherapy and, where appropriate, may also draw on dreams, symbolism and creative imagination to support deeper understanding and lasting change.

If any of the following resonate with you, therapy may offer an opportunity to explore your experiences in a safe, compassionate and reflective space.

My clients are often:

  • Recovering from developmental or relational trauma, including the lasting effects of emotional neglect, chronic criticism or early relationships that have shaped patterns of self-criticism, perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries or a persistent feeling of never being enough.
  • Navigating midlife or later-life transitions, including retirement, career change, relationship changes, becoming an empty nester, bereavement, or simply wondering, “Is there something more?”
  • Experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, chronic stress or depression, where life feels exhausting despite appearing to cope well on the outside.
  • Seeking healthier relationships, whether with partners, family members, friends or colleagues, by understanding recurring patterns and developing new ways of relating.
  • Searching for greater meaning, purpose and authenticity, sensing that something important is missing despite outward success.
  • Creative, intuitive or spiritually curious, with an interest in dreams, symbolism, imagination, creativity or exploring the deeper dimensions of the psyche alongside emotional healing.

You don’t need to fit neatly into one of these categories.

We each have our own unique story. Many people contact me simply because they have a growing sense that life has become more difficult than it needs to be, or because they long to feel more connected to themselves.

If you have spent much of your life being strong for others, holding everything together or meeting everyone else’s expectations while quietly struggling, you don’t have to continue facing it alone.

I invite you to book a free 30-minute consultation so we can explore what brings you here and whether working together feels like the right fit.
