Counselling focusses on specific issues and behavioural change. It is delivered in an agreed programme of about six to twelve weekly 50 minute sessions. It provides a space to process and explore the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviours and support desired behavioural change.
Psychotherapy is long term and can be continuous or intermittent over many years. It is most helpful when you are experiencing on-going patterns of behaviour , thinking or feeling that are negatively impacting on your life. This might include anxiety, depression, past traumatic events and/or childhood developmental trauma, inability to form or sustain relationships or a recent loss, illness or mental health diagnosis. Psychotherapy is provided weekly in 50 minute sessions.
Developmental coaching is professional, future and solution focussed. It facilitates vertical and horizontal development for sustainable individual, corporate and ecological change. facilitates a deeper exploration of psychological drivers and blockers that move us towards or block us from achieving our desired change. The programme is tailored to the individual and corporate needs and sessions are between 90 and 120 minutes usually scheduled monthly. Goals, outcomes and milestones and reporting processes are agreed with all relevant personnel at the beginning.
